"Physical activity saved me"
"Why I truly want to help my clients, not only make them sweat and lose weight? My journey with physical activity began during my youth when I became a part of a football team. Despite being a child with fragile health, I was determined to stay active. I had a history of frequent hospital visits due to pneumonia and asthma, which left scars on my lungs and affected my breathing. However, physical activity became my saviour. Joining the Football Club immersed me in the world of sports, and I never looked back. Month after month, running workouts pushed me to the limit, leaving me breathless and my mother in tears. My own experience serves as a testament to how physical activity can aid in recovery. It helped me build muscles, increase strength, improve endurance, enhance lung function, and boost my overall stamina.
Even after semi-professional football, I never abandoned my passion. I pursued my studies at the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw, where I earned bachelor's and master's degrees with distinction, specializing as a Physical Education Teacher. These comprehensive studies involved mastering various subjects, such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, anthropometry, biomechanics, psychology, and more. Throughout my academic journey, I simultaneously engaged in diverse physical activities.
As a qualified teacher, I feel a strong obligation to provide the best knowledge and demonstrate proper movement techniques. This drove me to become a Personal Trainer, specializing in functional movement. I pursued a course that not only expanded my knowledge but also provided me with international qualifications. I am also qualified as a Pre-/Postnatal Fitness Coach, having worked with women during and after pregnancy to safely guide them back to fitness.
I believe that fitness is not just about looking good for the summer but building habits that last a lifetime. My approach to training is based on consistency over intensity, focusing on creating long-term habits that help my clients become their best selves.
Through my unique background and expertise, I have helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals and develop a fit and healthy lifestyle.
