I have been training with Paulina for over 6 months, I highly recommend her. I really enjoy working out with Paulina as she keeps me on my toes and ensures each workout is different with lots of variation.

She is a very attentive trainer who is knowledgeable with pregnancy and post natal women’s health issues.

 

I trained with Paulina in the first and second trimester of pregnancy, which made me feel strong and fit with lots of energy.

 

I used to love lifting very heavy weights pre pregnancy, and Paulina is helping me to slowly rebuild my strength in the right way. I am currently 5 Months post natal, I have had 2 csections and diagnosed with diastasis recti, she has ensured my workouts are all safe and target rebuilding my core and pelvic floor muscles. Each workout is tailored and she puts a lot to effort and thought into planning our sessions so that I am pushed in the right way.
